St Therese of Lisieux Medal
Oval pewter medal showing Saint Therese of Lisieux on the front with the words "Protect Us" on the reverse.
Thérèse lived a very short life, dying at the age of 24. She became a Carmelite nun at an early age. She is called the Little Flower of the Child Jesus and of the Holy Face of Jesus. Her last words were the story of her life: "My God, I love You!". The Holy Father has declared her "A Perfect Miniature of Holiness ... The Greatest Saint of Modern Times."
Her name is seen in different histories as Therese, Theresa & Terese.
Made in Italy with nickle & lead free pewter, 2.5cm tall, with a lightly oxidised finish to bring out the detail.
Comes with a split-ring through the loop on top so it is ready for use. If you are looking for a chain so you can make this medal into a pendant necklace, I have some good quality stainless steel chains that are a great colour match for this medal: Chain Collection
