St Rita Healing Chaplet Rosary
This wee chaplet of Saint Rita is made especially for use with prayers for healing. Chaplets are small rosary beads that are often used for a special purpose.
Saint Rita is honored in the Catholic church as a saint, and is the patroness of hopeless cases. This little chaplet rosary is made for use with prayers for healing and comes with a prayer card, but you can of course substitute your own prayers.
I've used genuine Swarovski pearl in a colour called Powder Rose for the 7 prayer beads, and two lovely ornate lampwork glass beads for the introductory prayers at the start of the chaplet. The pearls are 8mm round and are linked by hand with silver rosary wire so the beads drape nicely in your fingers.
The two larger beads are finished with silver-plated end caps and little Swarovski® crystals for just a touch of sparkle. The chaplet begins with a 4-way Catholic cross and ends with a medal of Saint Rita.
The Catholic 4-Way Cross is composed of four medals: the Scapular medal (The
Sacred Heart with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the back); Saint Christopher;
the Miraculous medal (with the cross, the M, the hearts, and the 12 stars on the back); and Saint Joseph.
Length: 29cm / 11.4 inches;
Medals: 2.5cm / 1 inch tall.
Handmade by me, Deborah, this chaplet comes nicely packaged along with a card that has the prayers for healing.
