St Peregrine Chaplet Rosary, Patron Saint of Cancer Patients
This small rosary of Saint Peregrine is made in the traditional layout for this devotion, with 3 groups of prayer beads separated with larger beads, and a medal of St Peregrine. Saint Peregrine is the Patron Saint of cancer patients, he himself having been miraculously cured of cancer.
I've used jasper gemstone beads, 10mm rondelles for the 3 sets and 10mm rounds for the separating beads. This beautiful natural stone is hard and durable, and the beads are all hand-linked with silver rosary wire.
The loop of prayer beads meets at a small medal of Our Lady known as the Miraculous Medal, and a medal of Saint Peregrine begins and ends the chaplet. I've placed a simple cross to hang next to the medal.
Length: 16cm / 6.25 inches
Medal: 2.5cm / 1 inch
The chaplet is based on 3 easily remembered prayers - the Hail Mary, Our Father and Glory Be prayers, together with St Peregrine prayer. A card with the prayers is included.
The small size of a chaplet makes it easy to pop into a pocket or bag, or to keep handy on a bedside table. It comes attractively packaged along with the prayer card.
