St Jude Chaplet Prayer Beads, Patron of Hopeless Cases & Desperate Causes
Chaplet prayer beads dedicated to Saint Jude, made with natural moss agate gemstone beads. For centuries, St Jude Thaddeus has been asked in prayer to intercede when all else fails, and has become known as the patron saint of hopeless cases and desperate causes.
This little rosary (chaplet) can be used with the traditional prayers written specially for this chaplet which are included, or it can be used as a "niner" with the well-known rosary prayers Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be. I've used 10mm round natural moss agate beads for this chaplet, a hard and durable stone that has been used for centuries for prayer beads, jewelry and household utensils - it is even mentioned in the Bible.
These beads are a bit larger than most of my prayer beads, so this chaplet is a good choice for anyone who finds praying with larger beads easier on the hands. Each bead is individually linked so the strand flows well in your hands - this rosary will last for many years of prayer and is suitable for rugged hands.
At one end is an antiqued pewter cross, and at the other is a medal of Saint Jude.
Length: 11" (28cm)
Cross: 1" (2.5cm)
Medal: 0.8" (2cm).
A nice chaplet which is a handy size for slipping into a pocket or bag, and feels cool and smooth to the touch. It comes with the prayer card and will be attractively wrapped.
