St Joan of Arc Chaplet Rosary, Catholic Prayer Beads
Saint Joan of Arc - the Maid of Orleans - is a folk hero of France and a Catholic saint. This little rosary is known as the Chaplet of Saint Joan rosary and has 19 beads, one for each year of her short life.
I've used pure white Czech glass beads for the 3 sets of 5 prayer beads, and natural freshwater coin pearls for the larger beads between them and the two beads in the front. The loop meets at a connector showing the Virgin Mary surrounded by Angels, and the chaplet begins and ends with a medal of St Joan (image may vary) and a small black-enameled crucifix.
Length from center back to end of medal: 29cm / 11.5 inches;
Medal & crucifix: 2.5cm / 1 inch tall;
Beads: 8mm round Czech glass, 17mm freshwater coin pearls.
A lovely wee chaplet to hold, which is flexible and easy to run through your fingers in prayer. It comes with a card of the traditional prayers and will be attractively packaged.
