St Gabriel the Archangel Chaplet Rosary
Saint Gabriel the Archangel chaplet rosary beads, made in the traditional layout of beads for this devotion. I've used pale blue faceted crystal beads for the sets of Hail Mary beads, and the two larger beads separating them are natural white pearls finished with tiny Swarovski crystals and wire-wrapping.
St Gabriel is the patron saint of communication workers. In the Bible, Gabriel is mentioned in both the Old and New Testaments - he appeared to Daniel, Zachariah and finally to Mary to announce that she would bear a Son who would be conceived of the Holy Spirit, Son of the Most High, and Saviour of the world.
This chaplet has 3 sets of 11 beads - 33 beads in honor of our Savior's life. The 2 joining beads honor the Divinity and the humanity of the Lord Jesus.
The beads meet at a center connector showing Mary surrounded by angels with the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the back. The chaplet begins and ends with an oval pewter medal of St Gabriel with the words "Pray For Us" on the reverse side.
Length from center-back to end of medal: 29cm / 11.5 inches
Medal: 2.5cm / 1 inch Beads:
8mm crystal, 12mm freshwater pearls.
This is a lovely chaplet for personal use, or for gifting to a loved one. It comes attractively packaged along with a card of the traditional prayers.
