Founder of the Dominican Order of Preaching Friars, Dominic was an educated man who attended university to study theology. He is often shown in Christian art with a book in his hand to signify his great learning, or a lily to symobolise the great purity of his life.
Made in Italy with nickle & lead free pewter, 2.5cm tall including the top loop. The medal comes with a steel split-ring through the top loop so it is ready to use.
