St Benedict Medal Clip, Keychain or Bag Charm

My handmade Saint medal clips make great gifts for men or women and can be attached anywhere - to a purse or backpack, a pocket or belt, on a bedside lamp or hospital bed frame, a key chain or rear vision mirror - wherever you would like to see your inspirational saint.

This clip features a medal of Saint Benedict and a small 'grapes & vine' style crucifix. I've wire-wrapped black onyx stone beads into a link that holds the medal and crucifix on a good quality gold steel spring-action clasp. The clasp has a swivel base so that it does not get tangled in use.

The medal has the ward (prayer of protection) of Saint Benedict on one side and an image of the saint himself on the other. St Benedict has many patronages, including patron saint of monks, those in religious orders, agricultural workers, schoolchildren, civil engineers, cavers, the dying and wards against poisons, witchcraft, fevers and temptations.

Length: 9cm. The medal itself is 2cm across.

The clip comes on a presentation card - great for sending as a gift in the post.  You can see St Benedict items, including a range of medals, here: Saint Benedict Collection.
