A small pocket rosary, also called chaplet prayer beads, based on the prayers of St Augustine and the layout of the Anglican rosary.

I've made this chaplet with natural tigers eye gemstone beads, 8mm rounds for the week beads and 10mm faceted rounds for the cruciform and invitatory bead. At one end of the set is a renaissance style studded cross in nickle & lead free pewter, and at the other is a medal of St Augustine and a Swarovski crystal birthstone charm - shown in the photos with the amber (November) & red (July) crystals.

You can choose to have the chaplet with no birthstone charm ($US26.00), or you can choose the one you want from the drop-down menu before checkout and I will add it to the chaplet (US$30.00).

St. Augustine of Hippo is the patron of brewers because of his conversion from a former life of loose living, which included parties, entertainment, and worldly ambitions to a life of Christian faith and principles. His complete turnaround and conversion has been an inspiration to many who struggle with a particular vice or habit they long to break.

A prayer card accompanies the chaplet with St Augustine's own prayers to use as you start to pray with the chaplet.

Many Protestants, especially Calvinists, consider him to be one of the theological fathers of the Protestant Reformation due to his teachings on salvation and divine grace. In the Eastern Orthodox Church he is also considered a saint, his feast day being celebrated on 15 June. He carries the additional title of Blessed. .... Wikipedia
