St Ann Medal, Patron Saint of Mothers
Saint Ann (Anne) medal, oval, in nickle and lead free pewter, made in Italy.
Saint Ann was the mother of the Virgin Mary. Along with her husband, Joachim, she was Mary's first teacher.
St Ann has many patronages, including against childlessness and poverty and she is the patron saint of grandmothers, mothers, homemakers, housewives, childless couples, lace makers, pregnant women, pregnancy, equestrians and riders, and lost articles.
Size: 2.5cm tall including the top loop. The medal comes with a silver steel split-ring through the loop so it is ready to use.
