The clip features a handmade lampwork glass bead held between silver-plated bead caps and wire-wrapped to make it nice and secure. The beaded link holds a round medal with the Serenity prayer in raised lettering on one side and praying hands on the other.
The medal is accompanied by a small silver-plated crucifix with blue enamel tips. The clasp is steel with a swivel base so it doesn't get tangled.
