Memento Mori Rosary with Saint Medal - Remember You Are Mortal
This Memento Mori rosary is a design that harks back to a popular style of rosary in the Middle Ages Renaissance era. "Memento Mori" means "remember you are mortal" and is a reminder to the faithful that life is fleeting. The memento is usually a skull, bringing to mind that our earthly life is short, so we should make the most of it.
The rosary shown has a medal of Saint Dymphna attached. If you want a different saint, you can make your choice from this collection, and enter the saint's name in the text box option.
This smaller-size 5-decade Catholic rosary is made with 7mm black onyx rondelle beads. The Pater beads are turquoise blue howlite carved skulls, a marble-like stone with delicate brown veins through each bead. The center connector is a medal of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
The rosary is completed with a small black-tipped crucifix and the saint medal. Enter the name of the saint you want in the text box option.
Length when hanging: 44cm / 17.25 inches;
