The front has the traditional first communion image of the Chalice & Host, loaf of bread & bunch of grapes. The back of the medal has the words "First Holy Communion" engraved in script font.
Size: 2.5cm tall including the loop, 2cm across.
The medal comes with a gold steel split-ring through the loop on top for attaching.
